Disability, Inclusion & Rehabilitation Programme

Programme Overview

The Disability, Inclusion & Rehabilitation Programme aims to empower persons with disabilities and ensure their full and equal participation in society, with access to rights, opportunities, and services without discrimination.
Guided by Caritas’ commitment to human dignity and social justice, the programme addresses social, economic, and cultural barriers that hinder the inclusion of persons with disabilities.
The programme promotes a shift from a care-based approach to an empowerment and inclusion model, providing integrated rehabilitation, family support, inclusive development, and capacity-building services tailored to individual abilities and needs.

Vision
An inclusive society where persons with disabilities enjoy their full rights and have equal opportunities in education, employment, family life, and social participation.
