Programme Overview
The Economic Empowerment & Microfinance Programme aims to improve the living and economic conditions of low-income families and vulnerable individuals, while combating poverty and unemployment through sustainable income generation.
The programme provides integrated financial and non-financial services that enable micro and small entrepreneurs to manage their businesses and economic lives effectively, promoting self-reliance, family stability, and sustainable local development.

Target Groups
- Women and men aged 18–65 years.
- Heads of households, especially female breadwinners.
- Individuals in poor, rural, marginalized, and semi-rural communities in Upper Egypt and the North Coast.
- People with limited or unstable income, low assets, or limited education.
- Micro and small business owners and artisans seeking to develop and expand their enterprises.
