Women and Girls Empowerment Program

Girls’ Education Project in Ezbet El-Hagana

Girls’ education is no longer a matter of choice; it is a fundamental right that opens wider pathways to a girl’s life and future. Despite the fundamental nature of this right, some girls continue to face barriers that prevent them from accessing stable educational opportunities and continuing their studies. In Ezbet El-Hagana, economic and social circumstances may affect some girls’ ability to remain in education, increasing the likelihood of dropping out and limiting their future opportunities.

The project seeks to provide access to education through private schools and support girls in completing different stages of education through secondary school. It also offers opportunities to learn more than one widely spoken international language, develop their abilities and skills, strengthen their cultural, social, and environmental awareness, and raise awareness of their rights and responsibilities.

Do Not Let a Girl’s Future Be Decided Before She Can Choose It

When a girl is denied education, she loses more than years of schooling. She may also lose the ability to understand her rights, make her own decisions, and build the future she wants. With your support, girls can continue their education and acquire the knowledge and skills that help them protect their rights, expand their choices, and participate confidently in their lives and communities. You can help create these opportunities through your time, expertise, or support.
