Program Overview
Young people need meaningful opportunities to learn, gain experience, and participate in ways that enable them to express their ideas, develop their skills, and take on greater roles within their communities.
The Youth and Leadership Program creates those opportunities. Young people take initiative, design and implement activities, and apply what they learn in real situations. The program promotes dialogue, coexistence, peace, acceptance of others, and collective action.
Project Under the Program
Over 36 months in Alexandria, Egyptian and refugee youth learn, collaborate, and lead through training, arts, culture, sports, and volunteering.
Promoting Peaceful Coexistence
Investing in young people matters because of their ability to influence those around them. The program gives them the support and space to extend that change and contribute to more peaceful communities.
Be a Partner in Building Peace
Preparing a generation capable of leadership begins by giving young people real opportunities to practise it. With your support, they can learn, participate, lead, and share what they learn with those around them.
